Return & Exchange Policy

As many of our garments are handcrafted or made-to-order, returns are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect products received.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photographs.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they enter production or dispatch.

Once an order has been processed after receiving payment, cancellations may not be possible.
